Recently, I got an email from Erica Ell, a stylist who is doing some fabulous work these days. Having worked with Erica before I was excited to see her newest work.
Erica Ell, Stylist. home furnishings, products, props and set design.
Creativity comes naturally to Erica. She thrives on finding beauty in the everyday. Through her pure love of the creative process and her training in Fine Arts and Art History, as well as Architectural and Interior Design, Erica brings skill and imagination to every project she touches.
Beginning as a young assistant in her father’s successful sculpture studio, Erica has enjoyed a career applying her talents to a variety of 2 and 3-D mediums. As a photo-stylist she combines her artistry and extensive resources with her skill in project management and dynamic creative problem solving. Listening carefully to her clients’ needs, whether it’s propping, set design or product styling, Erica excells at taking any project from concept to completion – presenting innovative design solutions and handling every detail along the way. Large or small, Erica embraces the challenge of every project, excited to apply her resourcefulness on a prop hunt and her talents on-set.
Inspired by her travels, her garden and her love for the home and entertaining, Erica incorporates a graceful sense of style through composition, texture, color and form. Erica currently divides her time between photo-styling and her residential interior and architectural design projects, which can be viewed at www.havendesignbuildvt.com.
Here are some images that Erica styled for a shoot that I did for the Vermont Magazine article At Home in Vermont: Craftsman Cottage.
