{jcomments on}This years' race for the Governor of Vermont was tight! Watch the WCAX broadcast, by clicking here. We had 7 weeks to help Peter win the race to be Vermont's next Governor. On November 2nd, on Seven Days live blog, we watched Dubie in the lead longer than we wanted. Seeing Peter get ahead by 4 votes, … [Read more...]

How many Porches did you say this was?
Huletts Landing is where porches live! The views of Lake George are breathtaking. So within 48 hours, it rained, it poured, it was cloudy, the wind clocked in at 50 mph, it was bitter cold. The sun peaked out for a few hours one afternoon. There were either too many chairs, or not enough chairs, chairs that needed painting, and ones without good pillows. Hanging plants that … [Read more...]
Lake Champlain
Here is a fun fact about Lake Champlain that you may not have known about. It has its very own sea monster living in the waters around Vermont. It's name is Champ and was named after the lake he is rumored to be living in, Lake Champlain. Hundreds of sightings have been reported, dating back to the 1600s. There are even photographs out there of what appear to be some sort of sea monster in Lake Champlain. Although there is no solid proof of Champ's existence, believe that he is real. Don't worry though, he is believed to be friendly but shy. Another interesting fact: The story of Champ … [Read more...]
